Return & Exchange Policy:
- Customers can initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the product.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
- If the new product of exchange is of a higher value, then the difference amount will be borne by the customer.
- If the new product of exchange is of a lesser value, then the difference amount will be credited as a Store Credit.
- A nominal fee of ₹99/- will be charged for all exchanges.
- If the new desired size (as listed on the website) is not available and the customer chooses not to proceed with a different product, then a store credit will be issued of the original order value minus an exchange fee of ₹99/-.
- All returned items will undergo a mandatory quality check upon receipt.
- Store credit will be issued only if the product passes the quality check.
- Returns can be booked easily through our support or return portal.
- Customers may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving their order.
- Exchange is applicable only once per order and is subject to stock availability.
- Return & exchange shipping charges (if any) will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
IN CASES OF DAMAGED/ WRONG/ INCOMPLETE ORDER RECEIVED, AN UNBOXING VIDEO WILL BE REQUIRED.
If you received a DEFECTIVE/ WRONG/ INCOMPLETE order, you may return your purchase for an exchange by notifying us within 48 hours of order delivered.
- To make a return, share the Proper Unboxing Video of the order on E-mail- auracloset212@gmail.com and make sure to mention your Order ID and the reason for exchange in the e-mail.
- Make sure to open the packet after showing the shipping label in the video and unbox it in front of the camera and there should be no pauses in between.
- Your exchange order will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days of pickup.
- Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging and tags.
